RETURN POLICY

At Denlio, we are committed to providing you with high-quality home repair products that are both reliable and durable. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure safety and quality, we only accept returns for unused, unopened, and uninstalled items. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item has not been installed, used, or modified in any way.
  • All original seals, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or installed home repair products are non-returnable.

Return Process

Before returning any item, please contact Denlio Customer Support via email at service@denlio.com and include the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the unopened product and original packaging

Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Denlio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, used, or installed home repair products.
  • Final sale or promotional items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@denlio.com, including your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect product.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

International Orders

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and related fees. Denlio does not cover international return expenses.

Policy Scope & Updates

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through denlio.com. Orders placed through third-party retailers or platforms are subject to their respective return policies. Denlio reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
